Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property listings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
